Went to Wookey Hole Cave last weekend, really nice place and nice trip after all. Didn't have that much of fun in school trip for .. I don't know how long. There's another trip goin to Liverpool on 3rd weekend of March. But that's my most busy period of the semester. 3 assignments going to due on that 2 weeks. Sigh, pain in the ass ...
My progress so far ... lost 2-2.5kg in the last 2 weeks+. Some of the friend over here said 'Hey Pat, you got slim already !'. Oh, I'm like so darn happy. MOTIVATION ++ Gonna keep doing it more and more.
Main mission before going back to Malaysia. 58-60kg with tone up body :D
Pfft :X enough of bragging about gymming stuffs. Next weekend gonna head to Coventry for All England Finals :D as well as attending Sook Hui's year 2 events !!! Keep up with the assignments
Gonna update again after a few moar weeeeks :D

Update
Current weight 65.5 - 66.
Weight lost, gonna continue my daily jogging as usual. Assignment coming up already. Still trying hard to separate my time well, always ended up slacking. Sigh. Not much of update, frequent gym-ing these days.
Going to Wookey Hole Cave trip this coming Saturday =)

New year, new resolution
Reviving my rotten blog again.
Been here couple of months, having a decent life. met some different kind of friends, some will give me comments about my hairstyle, dressing style, and some will criticize my body shape ! But i know that they are motivating me to change. After slacking for so long in my life, I finally joined gym last week just the week before Chinese New Year.
Checked my BMI, it's rated as 24.7 which is almost reaching obesity. But I consider myself as freaking fat and decided to shed off my spare tyres, build some body shapes, better biceps and most importantly, GET RID MY MANBOOBS !!! Start off with one weight training, and focusing more on cardio exercises, if possible 30 minutes on jogging, cycling and another .. is it climbing machine? duh i dont really know the name :X
Spent my first CNY oversea at London with my fellow mates from Sunway Uni College. The trip is a pain in the ass ... gosh 260pounds + for 3 days and 2 nights trip. Ate alot of chinese dishes, which is super high in calories and fats. Decided to forget about it for a few days thanks to chinese new year :/
Just hope that I can maintain my so called healthy lifestyle and most important is to give all my friends a WOW when I get back to Malaysia. Felt that I'm a jerk, living in my brother's condo for more than half a year, wanna go and hit the gym so badly. but ended up didnt even go once after I got my residence card.
Motivation for studying getting lesser and lesser these days, even scholarship student having problem scoring a B in subjects. Is it my uni's requirement is THAT HIGH? OR this proves that we MALAYSIAN studied rubbish english for the past 50 years after independence? I starts to wonder ... I told myself to give my all possibly, not to think too much about the outcome, as long as I get an honours for studying here a year.
CURRENT WEIGHT : 67-67.5 kg

Not the time for self indulgence
Been here for quite sometimes already, I guess ... it's about 20 days +- since I first came here. Life is pretty easy over here. Averagely .. I have about 2 hours of class every day. Not heavy. but for other subjects .. some of them do not have any exam. Its 100% depends on given courseworks and it's not easy.
Once again I meet math again. But still, considered lucky because that's the only math subject for the whole degree, Financial Analysis for Managers. Have to interview on certain shop's manager ask for the financial data and analyze it. Sounds pretty ridiculous but I hope I can get some guidance from lecturer :)
Clubbing here is awesome ... people here are more open minded and friendly compared to Malaysia. Cigarettes can be used as tool for making friends. Make sure as long as you're not addicted with it hahah :) Met some friends from Guangzhou and Beijing, they are nice peoples :) Went to Bristol last friday, had steamboat and some home cooks. Pretty happy with my current life.
Electrical goods are dirt cheap over here. Pre-owned gaming consoles such as PSP or WII is bloody cheap, you can't even find this price in any of the forums in Malaysia. It's really about self control. Well the usual me would gone crazy for these consoles where my parent never bought me any of the consoles before. But here I am, reminding myself that ..
THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR SELF INDULGENCE
I am here for my final year of my degree. Completing my degree is my main priority right now and I here to prove to others that I am not a spoiled child. I am competing against myself right now. And I would like to prove to the others that look down on me. I won't be defeated that easily =)

New Start, again.
Arrived back a few days ago. Kinda excited, living at a totally different world, not the same as my intern life. Sabah is still in Malaysia anyway. I'm in Gloucester but to be exact, it's Cheltenham town. Kinda small place, something like Ipoh or JB or Penang in Malaysia. Everything is kinda laid back and relax. Good place and environment for studies as I'm not totally hangout kaki.
Good and very friendly staffs I met both at town and uni. Well, still .. I am asian, more or less I can feel a bit of unfriendly aura .. It's like what we see bangla in Malaysia. I've told some of my friend. We're just like bangla in their eyes also.
Glad for getting know some other Malaysians here. At least I have the feeling of being home and safety hahah. Well, classes will start next week. So roughly have a week of relax and explore here and there. This time, felt the problem of living in a total different world. Trying our best just to make our life a bit more colourful ;) . Met some other malaysia that going over to Gloucestershire as well. Some of them are rich brats and some of them are spoiled child. Maintained as Hi-bye friend with them only.
Living part, ugh. Nothing wrong with my room. Just a bit small for the most EXPENSIVE room around. Since I'm renting room with private toilet. Kitchen part, it's a fucking mess. The moment I step into the kitchen, I was about to puke. OMG !!! PRC ppl are so freaking fuck up. No sense of hygenie at ALL.
Had a homecook dinner at 1 floor below with other buddys heh.
Well
Still a happy start for me.
Goodluck to myself.
